Terms of Service

By accessing or using Swatchit (the “Service”), including the web application at swatchit.app and the Swatchit mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Swatchit is a quilt pattern recoloring tool that lets quilters visualize color schemes, apply fabric textures, calculate yardage, and preview quilts in real-world settings. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

You must create an account to save colorways, share designs, and access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all quilt patterns, colorways, and images you upload or create using Swatchit.

Community Sharing: When you opt to share a colorway with the community, you grant other Swatchit users the right to view and remix your shared colorway. You can disable sharing at any time.

Pattern Designs: Quilt pattern designs may be subject to copyright by their original designers. Swatchit is a visualization tool — using the Service does not grant you rights to reproduce or sell copyrighted pattern designs.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Swatchit offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.

Swatchit includes AI-powered features (AI Colorist, Lifestyle Preview). AI-generated results are provided “as-is” and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before using them in your projects.

The Swatchit name, logo, and Service are owned by Swatchit. The app's code, design, and brand assets are protected by copyright and trademark law. Quilt patterns available in the library may be owned by their respective designers.

Swatchit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, inaccurate yardage calculations, or color variations between screen and physical fabric.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
